Terms of Service

weave publishes a daily editorial feed of cultural moments and macro trends derived from the Spacing IQ signal pipeline. Access tiers include: Free (one culture moment per day), Culture wire ($9.99/month, ten culture moments per day), and Full wire ($29.99/month, twenty culture moments plus the political + economic trends layer). An optional API access add-on ($19.99/month) is available on the Full wire tier.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• One account per person. Do not share credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us at [email protected].

• Free trial. New subscribers to a paid tier receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made.
• Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your subscription date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your Account page → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your tier until then.
• Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We do not refund partial months of service.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice via email. Changes apply on your next renewal — never retroactively.
• Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card numbers. See Stripe's terms.

You agree not to:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute weave content without written permission.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product.
• Scrape or bulk-download content outside of the documented API and its rate limits.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

If you subscribe to API access:

• API keys are personal to your account. Do not share them.
• Rate limits are enforced. Sustained abuse may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.
• The API is provided as is with no uptime SLA at this time.
• We may revoke API access for abuse or violation of these Terms.

All content published on weave — trend data, culture moments, editorial framing, scores, and summaries — is either owned by Spacing LLC or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content for personal or internal business purposes during your subscription.

Names, logos, and brand marks referenced in trend content remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on weave does not imply endorsement.

weave relies on third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google (authentication), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (rate limiting), and Cloudflare (DNS and edge). Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free. Trend data is derived from external signals and is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on weave should be relied upon as investment, legal, medical, or professional advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPACING LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spacing LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
